Sri Satish Krishnamurthy is an A grade artist at the All India Radio and has a Masters in Fine Arts from Tanjavur University, Tamil Nadu. He was initiated into mridangam and later into Tavil, Ghatam, Kanjeera and Moorsing under the watchful eyes of his Guru Sri T.S. Nandakumar.
Widely known as a proficient artist in multiple percussion instruments as well as Konnokol, Sri Satish is a much sought after artist for Carnatic concerts as well Hindusthani.He has had the privilege of accompanying artists such as Sri M. Balamurali Krishna , L. Subramaniam to name a few.
He has also contributed creative ideas and does collaborations with leading dancers and theatre production houses all over India such as NCPA Experimental Theatre among others.
He regularly performs Taalavadya Ensembles and is involved with multi cultural percussion groups all around Europe, where he conducts yearly workshops. He is the founder of Swaralaya School of Music.
Sri Satish was recently conferred with the prestigious Bismilah Khan award by Sangeet Natak Academy, Gov.India at New Delhi. He is a recipient of the State Govt. awards such as Maharashtra Gaurav puraskar, “Priyadarshini“ and several other awards by prestigious organizations across India such as Vellore Ramabhadran award, TAAL SHIROMANI by the Cuttak Mahotsav, Sri Shanmukhananda Sabha Mumbai just to name a few.

Nidhi Devrajan has been a student at Swaradhika School of Carnatic Music for the past 12 years, and has been performing in festivals across New Jersey and India. She’s also been learning Bharatanatyam for the past 10 years from Smt. Revathi Srinivasaraghavan as well as konnakol from Sri Satish Krishnamurthy. Nidhi will be in the 3rd professional year at Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers

Varshini, a graduate of New York University, has been trained in Carnatic music and Bharatanatyam since the age of 6. She has devoted countless hours to nurturing her love for music and dance. During her time at NYU, she served as the President of NY Masti, the university’s South Asian A cappella team, and was also the founder and President of NYU Laya, NYU’s first Indian classical dance team.
Varshini with her eloquence and engaging presence, brings charm and clarity as the Master of Ceremony. She also brings life and energy to the stage—setting the perfect tone for a successful event.
